Every product page has a Request COA link that opens a pre-filled email with the product, selected strength and page address. Add the lot/batch number from your label if you have it.
We reply with the lot-specific COA where one is available for that lot. A request does not guarantee that a document exists for every lot or format.

What does batch-traceable mean here?
Each order is recorded against a batch/lot at the fulfillment facility, so a question about a specific lot can be matched to its records. It does not mean a COA exists for every lot; we share what is available for the lot requested.
