All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing. Available for all U.S. orders.
Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after processing. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier for your order is selected based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
All orders are shipped in discreet, secure packaging designed to protect the integrity of the contents during transit.
A tracking number is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Once your order ships, you can follow it using the tracking number sent to your email or found in your account dashboard. Copy the tracking number and paste it directly into the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for the most up-to-date information.
Here is what common tracking statuses mean:
- Label Created: The shipping label has been generated but the carrier has not yet picked up or scanned the package. This status usually updates within 24 hours. It does not mean the package is lost — it simply hasn't entered the carrier's network yet.
- In Transit / On the Way: The package is moving through the carrier's network toward the destination. You may see multiple facility scans along the route.
- Out for Delivery: The package is on the delivery vehicle and should arrive by the end of the business day.
- Delivered: The carrier has marked the package as delivered. Check your mailbox, porch, or with household members. If you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to our support team.
- Exception / Delay: Something has caused a delay (e.g., weather, incorrect address, customs hold). The carrier's tracking page will usually include more detail. Contact the carrier if the status remains unchanged for more than 48 hours.
Tip: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to show movement after "Label Created." If you still see no updates after 2 business days, feel free to contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.
Dr. Jay's Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the package as delivered. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, and reach out to our support team for assistance.
