Certificate of Analysis for current stock
Each lot we ship is analysed by reverse-phase HPLC with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, and its batch record is retained on file. Because purity, batch number and test date belong to a specific lot, we do not publish a fixed figure per product. Tell us the compound and strength you are ordering and we will send the certificate matching the stock shipping to you.
HPLC Purity
Reverse-phase HPLC quantifies the target peptide versus synthesis byproducts. The measured figure for your lot is stated on its certificate.
Mass Spectrometry
ESI- or MALDI-TOF MS confirms the molecular weight matches the theoretical mass of the labeled sequence.
Peptide Content
Amino-acid analysis or UV quantification reports net peptide content versus counter-ions and residual water.
Endotoxin Testing
LAL (Limulus amebocyte lysate) testing ensures bacterial endotoxin levels stay below 0.5 EU/mg.
